RYAN CHAPIN
Founder and President
Ryan has spent nearly three decades leading and collaborating with top aerospace and industrial experts in engineering, manufacturing, and digital innovation.

In 2021, he founded TRUSTED CONSULTING with a mission to empower clients, experts, and communities to achieve more through trusted expertise.
He currently serves as fractional Corporate Engineering Officer at Field Aerospace, leading an international team that modifies aircraft for commercial and military applications.
Previously, Ryan spent over 26 years at GE Aviation, holding multiple leadership roles, including Executive Engineering Manager, a distinction awarded to the top 1% of the company’s technical leaders. His experience spans turbomachinery design, supply chain, additive manufacturing, and digital analytics.

Ryan began his career designing commercial and military airfoils before earning his LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt, where he led 200+ Black Belts. He later served as Executive Engineering Leader for the Joint Strike Fighter F136 engine program and managed teams with budgets of up to $130 million across airfoil design, aeromechanics, and high-pressure compressor development.

He also led a Digital Services and Solutions team, driving data-driven strategies that generated nearly $3 billion in customer and business value. In his final GE role, Ryan led advanced technology teams developing additive manufacturing components for commercial and military engines.
